Stops you define
Name your own stages, such as Briefing, Drafts, Client review and Delivered, and drag files between them.
Stop 03 · Projects with a start and a destination
Folders that follow a project from start to destination.
Most folders sit still while the work around them moves on. A Route Folder has stops built in: kickoff, in progress, review, delivered. Files travel from stop to stop as the project does, everyone sees where things stand, and the finished work lands in a tidy, read-only archive.
Name your own stages, such as Briefing, Drafts, Client review and Delivered, and drag files between them.
Mark a file as approved and it can move to the next stop on its own, with a note about who did it.
Give people viewer, editor or route manager access so the right hands touch the right stage.
Leave a short note at any stop so the next person knows what was decided and what is left.
When a route arrives, its final files are frozen into a read-only snapshot you can always point back to.
Save a route you like and start the next project with the same stops, roles and notes already in place.
Create a Route Folder for the project and describe the destination in a sentence.
Lay out the stages the work will pass through, or start from a saved template.
Add teammates and clients with the role that fits, and let them see the route at a glance.
Mark the route delivered. Final files are locked into a read-only archive with a full activity timeline.
| Stops per route | Up to 12, renameable at any time |
|---|---|
| Members | Up to 100 per route |
| Roles | Viewer, editor and route manager |
| Templates | Save any route as a template for your workspace |
| Archive | Read-only snapshot created when a route is delivered |
| Activity history | Moves, edits and invites recorded on a timeline |
Only if you invite them. You can share a single stop, such as Client review, without exposing the rest of the route.
Routes are flexible. Rename, add or remove stops at any time and files simply stay in the stop they were in.
The delivered archive is read-only. If the work reopens, start a new leg from the archive and keep the original untouched.
