Does the lost-and-found use up my storage?
Items on the shelf count toward your storage until they are cleared, so emptying it frees the space right away.
Can I delete something permanently right now?
Yes. Open Lost & Found and choose Delete forever on any item, or empty the whole shelf at once.
What if a teammate deletes a file in a shared workspace?
It lands in the workspace lost-and-found, where members can find it and admins can restore it.
